M\u00e4rz 2022 nahmen 12 Kolleginnen und Kollegen der JFS an einer schulinternen Fortbildung zum Thema \u201eGewaltfreie Kommunikation (GFK)&#8220; nach Marshall B. Rosenberg teil. Frau Jutta Kromer, eine Trainerin des \u201eFachverbands f\u00fcr gewaltfreie Kommunikation\u201c f\u00fchrte die Kolleginnen und Kollegen sehr einf\u00fchlsam und professionell an das Thema heran. Das Programm war sehr konzentriert und dicht, so dass innerhalb eines Tages die Grundz\u00fcge der gewaltfreien Kommunikation bei allen gut angekommen sind. Durch viele Praxisf\u00e4lle und durch die bildhafte Unterst\u00fctzung durch \u201eWolf\u201c und \u201eGiraffe\u201c konnte auch mit Spa\u00df und Leichtigkeit diese zun\u00e4chst neue Art zu kommunizieren erlernt und von den KollegInnen sehr gut umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herzlichen Dank an Frau Kromer f\u00fcr diese gut vorbereitete und sehr intensive Fortbildung.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am Mittwoch, 30.
